Terms & Logistics for Bulk Humate Orders

New Mexico Humate

We provide premium-grade humate products in bulk packaging, ideal for agricultural, environmental, and industrial applications. The following terms apply to all bulk orders:

Packaging Options – Granulated Humate

All bulk orders of granulated humate are available in the following formats:

  • 50 lb (22.7 kg) Heat Sealed Poly Bags

    • Palletized (stacked and stretch-wrapped)

    • Up to 1 U.S. ton (2,000 lbs) per pallet

  • 1-Ton Tote Bags (Super Sacks / FIBC Bags)

    • Heavy-duty, 180 GSM with coating. 35x35x55 with bottom discharge spout

    • Designed for forklift handling and high-volume use

    • Pallets available upon request

Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment methods to meet the needs of both domestic and international customers:

  • International Letters of Credit (L/C)

  • ACH Bank Transfer (U.S. domestic only)

  • Wire Transfer (Domestic & International)

  • Corporate Check (U.S.-based businesses only)

  • Net Terms – Available to approved and established accounts only

All orders must have confirmed payment terms before production or shipment begins unless under an approved credit agreement.

Freight & Shipping Terms

Customers are fully responsible for all domestic and international freight charges. New Mexico Humate (NMH) will assist in arranging freight shipments with your freight forwarder. Shipping and freight payment must be made directly between the customer and their chosen freight carrier or freight forwarder.

Freight Options:

Customer-Arranged Freight

  • You may coordinate your own transportation
  • Pickup available at our New Mexico production facility during standard hours

Freight Quotation Assistance

  • New Mexico Humate can assist in securing and providing competitive freight quotations
  • We work closely with regional and national carriers to support your logistics planning
  • Final freight selection and payment must be arranged by the customer

Facility Pickup

  • 24-hour advance scheduling required with pickup number
  • Forklift loading provided at no additional charge

International Shipments

  • All international buyers are responsible for arranging freight through licensed freight forwarders or third-party carriers. NMH can recommend a freight forwarder upon request.

  • New Mexico Humate will provide required export documentation, packing lists, and product specifications to support your shipping process.

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from our facility in New Mexico, USA. We provide full support for LTL, FTL, ocean freight container loading, and custom pickup arrangements.
